Building Focus and Confidence in Special Children Through Daily Activities

Thaimai Anbu Karangal is one of the best mentally challenged children’s homes in Salem. For the past 16 years, we have been caring for special children with love, patience, and affection. Our mission is to help every child grow with confidence and dignity.

Every day, we conduct various academic and non-academic activities to improve the children’s knowledge and life skills. One of our regular and effective activities is cup sambrani making practice. This activity helps improve children’s concentration, hand–eye coordination, and physical movement.

Step by step, our children learn the sambrani making process and actively participate with interest. With continuous practice, they are able to make fine-quality sambrani, which boosts their self-confidence and sense of achievement.
