Thaimai Anbu Karangal is one of the best charities in Salem District, working with love and care for mentally challenged children. Every day, we support 50 and more special children by providing good nutritious food, special education, and fun gaming activities. These activities help improve their learning skills, confidence, and daily livelihood abilities.
